UWO GDSC presented at HackWestern and provided tools to get started with Google Cloud Skillsboost and Google Cloud Platform (API’s etc.,) !
Im excited to be cohosting this workshop with Rosaline & Waqas, and meeting everyone at Hackwestern this year! The details for the event are here. We had 107 RSVPs and provided access to google cloud credits and the google cloud skillsboost for all hackers at HackWestern this year!
In our workshop, we covered 1) the cloud skillsboost learning platform 2) google cloud 3) the most recent ml apis (gemini) and how llms work on a fundamental level.
To ensure accesibility, we opened attendees to both in person and online formats. We presented via zoom screensharing.
